Your account remains delinquent until full payment is received. To avoid suspension, you must pay your outstanding balance in full using an existing form of payment. If the payment is successful, your account will be in good standing and your service will continue without interruption. Updating your payment method initiates an automatic charge on the new payment method for the full balance you owe. If there are any discrepancies between your current month’s bill amount and the payment owed, it may be helpful to review your payment history.
