Ps: from 2 weeks my laptop started to give me bsod again, freeze and entering in boos. So i wish you good luck and i want to hear if you solve the problem. A lot of members in this forum have a lot of problems with baterry or other hardware problems. I think in this moment that the msi gt 72s 6qe is a fiasco. After 1 month of waiting they send the laptop and a paper where they wrote: dc changer, mainboard changed, cpu changed, battery changed and power cord changed. Now i live in Romania and i send the laptop to italy. In a week when i was conected to dc in windows i see on battery "pluged in, not charging" and suddently my laptop died. After several restarts i can enter in windows. After 4 months my lapto started to give me BSOD something like "watch dog.etc" i dont remember now exactly and restarting to BIOS. I take an Msi laptop from Italy in november 2016 model is gt72s 6qe. I dont have a solution for you but i want to tell you my story with looks like your story. I have tried EC reset, turn on with and without charger, the F3 or any other button does not have time enough to take me to the BIOS or boot menu. When I turn it on, I get the same result as before: 2 seconds in black, MSI logo 1 second and shuts down. Suddenly, on Oct 1st, while watching a youtuve video, the laptop shuts down again. I tried with and without charger, I tried gaming (LOTRO Online), I run a harddisk check, full virus check, shutdown and restart, etc. I was using it normally without any issue for 2 weeks. When I came back in the middle of september, I tried to turn on the computer. I tried every other day, with the same result. When I started it, it waited for 2 seconds, displays the MSI logon and shuts down. The laptop closed while I was watching youtuve.
I did not have any BSOD or unexpected shutdowns until Aug 11, 2017. I bought my MSI laptop GT72 6QE on June 2016.
